When you register for the masterclass we collect your name, email address, phone number, and the details you choose to share — your profile type and the challenge you would like help with.

Why we collect it

• To confirm your seat and send you the joining link
• To send session reminders by email and a reminder voice call
• To send follow-up emails with practices and resources related to the masterclass

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers who help us run the sessions and send messages on our behalf — email delivery, calling, video conferencing and hosting.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as you stay subscribed, and remove them on request.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link at the bottom of every email, and you can ask us to delete your data by writing to info@mindfulrestmasterclass.com.

Cookies

The site uses only the basic cookies needed for it to work. We do not use advertising trackers.
